Movie: The Proposal
Review: 4.5/5
Wow. I mean look at the cast of this movie: Ryan Reynolds, Sandra Bullock, and Betty White. Could you ask for a better cast? The dynamic between Margaret (Bullock) and Andrew (Reynolds) is just amazing. The Proposal beautifully executed the fake-turned-real relationship trope, one could say that it perfected it. A romantic comedy that has Lil Jon & the East Side boyz’ song “Get Low”, but now that's pretty difficult to beat.
Movie: Deadpool
Review: 5/5
Now when you think about romantic comedies does this movie come to mind? The story of a man overcoming terminal cancer and reuniting with his wife; add in a bit of mercenary work and a lot of well-chosen words and you get Deadpool. There is never a dull moment with the King of breaking the fourth wall, he keeps you on your toes with the unexpected.
Movie: How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days
Review: 5/5
Silly little predictable movies are my weakness. It’s cheesy, it’s hilarious, and it’s a peak in early 2000s movies. Highly entertaining, this might be my most-watched movie ever. The chemistry is just phenomenal and all the characters are just amazing. It’s hard to go wrong with names like Andie Anderson (Hudson) and Benjamin Barry (McConaughey). A fun lighthearted movie that will not make you think too hard is just perfect for Valentine's Day.

Movie: Leap Year
Review: 4/5
This does give off the vibe of a Hallmark movie, but if it had better actors. I mean Amy Adams definitely elevated this movie. The Ireland setting is great and so picturesque. This has almost every romantic comedy trope you can think of all baked into a fun lovable movie. Despite being a fairly basic movie, the ending is just so cute, the characters are amazing, and overall Leap Year is a fun watch.
Movie: 10 Things I Hate About You
Review: 5/5
Perfect, iconic, spectacular, show-stopping. The humor in this movie is amazing and is so quotable. I also love the soundtrack and songs chosen for this movie. HIGHLY recommend.
